 Allen is available to provide leadership training, team building workshops and workshop facilitation. Allen has a vast amount of experience at building bridges. From his prior employment as a community policing specialist with the Pompano Beach Police Department, and as a community involvement specialist with the Broward Sheriff's Office, and his political involvement as a candidate for the Broward County Commission, to serving on various boards, has equipped Allen with the necessary tools to bring people together.  

  Need a Guest Speaker? Allen has been a guest speaker and panel guest on various radio and local television shows. Allen has been featured and reported on in various local TV media and print media because of his community involvement work. The Sun-Sentinel, Miami Herald, Broward Times, Westside Gazette, Pompano Times, The Pompano Pelican, and other local print media. Allen has been a guest on the Trinity Broadcasting Network (TBN) television program “Praise the Lord”. Allen has also been a featured Pastor in the Sun-Sentinel religious/lifestyle section. Allen has lectured in half-way homes, Boot-camps, Broward County Public Schools, Local Community Colleges, Churches and Juvenile Detention Centers. Allen has also served on various community organization boards.
