bio

Don't settle for what life gives you, you are the architect!

"I'm Allen B. Jackson......."

Allen worked for the Pompano Beach Police Department as a community policing specialist. In this capacity, Allen was primarily the point person for leading community policing programs. Allen was responsible for developing programs to address issues with high crime, school dropouts, unemployment and drug infested areas. This was accomplished through an anti-drug program he initiated and implemented called the “Wrice Process” which was federally funded with community policing dollars designed to eradicate drugs and crime in disadvantaged neighborhoods. Allen trained other local police departments in Broward County Florida and around the country on how to implement the “Wrice Process as well. He initiated and developed mentoring programs for at risk youth as well as elderly programs, job fairs and employment training.

In 1999, the Pompano Beach Police Department merged with the Broward County Sheriff’s Office. Allen was then assigned to serve in the same capacity with the Sheriff’s Office, but his responsibilities were extended beyond the city of Pompano Beach to the entire Broward County area.

Allen’s ministry started when he was licensed into ministry on August 17, 1994, at Hopewell Baptist Church in Pompano Beach Florida. Allen served at Hopewell Baptist Church for 5 years, where he also served as a youth minister. As a youth minister Allen was primarily responsible for guiding and directing the entire youth population at Hopewell Baptist Church. He provided counseling, workshops and conferences in order to help the youth develop in their maturation process. Allen was later ordained in 2001 when he founded “Ark Restoration Church International” which is a non-denominational church where he leads presently as the Senior Pastor.

Allen published his first book “The Freedom of Forgiveness” in 2015” and has been featured and interviewed on various television, radio and internet television programs. Allen’s book has been a valuable resource in helping people learn the importance of forgiveness in life. Allen is the proud father of his daughter, Gabrielle Alexandria Jackson who is a graduate of Howard University in Washington D.C. Class of 2022.

Here are a few of the following community awards he has received:
